Catering at the Golf Club is provided by John and Trish MacPherson, who are well known in the Callander area as proprietors of the “Wee But ‘N’ Ben” Bistro in the Town. They have a well-deserved reputation for good food, cooked from fresh ingredients, and excellent service. Their menu is varied, generally home-cooked, and competitively-priced. Callander Golf Club welcomes those with disabilities. There are two spaces reserved for your use in the lower car park and there are ramps providing access to the clubhouse.

The following are some of the choices on the Club Menu (the variety is greater than shown here):
BREAKFAST
FULL SCOTTISH BREAKFAST - Lorne or link sausage, fried egg, grilled Ayrshire bacon, Stornoway black pudding, potato scone, fried bread, beans, toast & butter
Pancakes, bacon, egg and maple syrup
BREAKFAST ROLLS - single filling or two combinations
STARTERS
Home-made soup of the day, served with bread and butter
Oven-baked nachos, served with melted Scottish cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa and Jalapeno peppers
Buffalo wings (8): succulent chicken wings, cooked in special spices with a blue cheese sauce and Louisiana hot sauce
MAIN COURSE
Battered crisp single whole-tail scampi, served with chunky chips, mixed salad, coleslaw, lemon and tartar sauce
Fresh battered fillet of haddock (boneless and skinless), served with chunky chips, mushy peas and lemon
Home-made steak pie, using locally-sourced shoulder steak with puff pastry, creamy mash or chips and seasonal vegetables
Home-made lasagne, garlic bread, mixed leaf salad and coleslaw
BURGERS - Aberdeen Angus: 100% 6oz beef burger made to a secret recipe in toasted bun, with mixed salad and fresh chunky chips
Also chicken, venison and vegetarian burgers
SALADS
Chicken Caesar salad: Romaine lettuce tossed in a Caesar dressing with croutons and parmesan with bacon
Mixed platter: roast beef, roast turkey, honey roast ham, mixed green salad
DESSERTS
Butterscotch banana split with Mackies ice cream and smothered in butterscotch sauce and whipped cream
Belgian sweet waffles, lightly-warmed, with maple syrup, ice cream and cream
